    Projectline is looking for a communications professional who is skilled in both internal and executive communications. From ensuring predictable and creative communications with US and Americas employees, to running necessary resources for the manager community, to facilitating new ways of placing the customer at the center of all storytelling, this role will help handle communications strategy, programs and execution. You will have the opportunity to work as a contract employee with one of our biggest clients.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will maintain and update an editorial calendar of planned announcements, calendar of communications and develop ideas for consistent fresh content.
    • You will execute on internal announcements and events for All Hands and Senior Leader meetings, as well as conference/event content contributions.
    • You will run and generate content, site posting schedule, and work across US Services to create a destination, with interaction and as a single source of information.
    • You will film, edit, and post individual and team/leader videos.
    • You will manage/use team Stream channel as a venue for cross-team communication.
    • You will create and develop the bi-weekly US Services Insights Newsletter, driving direction and vision as well as handling content requests, submissions, design, review process and posting and distribution.
    • You will actively share out stories for leaders to contribute to/comment on as well as make recommendations around personal profile updates.
    • You will co-manage creation of “win” slides for US Services Win Insights page, soliciting/gathering content for each win template and own online posting and updating.
    • You will contribute and assist with template updates and soliciting content input for regular reports while meeting specific deadlines each quarter.
    • You will collaborate regularly with other vendors to coordinate efforts and communicate team needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • You have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication
    • You have 5+ years of marketing communications or PR experience; experience with internal communications preferred
    • You are a strong project management skills and ability to lead a timeline & budget
    • You've developed excellent written and oral interpersonal skills
    • You have a strong attention to detail
    • Your skills include MS Office skills with Excel & PowerPoint
    • Experience working with agencies to lead project deliverables
    • Ability to work in a shifting, dynamic environment
    • Previous Microsoft experience a plus
