After completing a hiring assessment and interviewing with us and our clients, if it seems like a good fit, you will get to work as a specialized individual consultant with one of our clients, or part of a complete outsourced team of experts delivering a specific program. You will work closely with your client, sometimes on site, sometimes in a remote location of your choice, and sometimes a blend of remote and onsite work.

Example qualifications:

• You have 7+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or program/project management
• You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
• You are highly organized, flexible, and resourceful
• You have strong project management fundamentals, both waterfall and agile methodologies
• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• You have previous Microsoft and other high tech marketing experience
