    Projectline is seeking a hardworking Director for a Contract to Hire role where you will own the umbrella strategy of marketing programs that get customers and prospects excited about our client's products and services. You will be responsible for the execution of campaigns to grow, engage and retain clients, working across internal teams to engage with doctors and practices. You will use programmatic, data-centric approaches in all of the online marketing channels, with a heavy emphasis on iterative testing and experimentation.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will develop marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans
    • You will collaborate with applicable Sales, Product, Analytics, Revenue Strategy and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated and successful launches
    • You will implement, test and optimize campaigns within multiple marketing channels including email, paid media, direct mail, events, social media, in-market, in-product and SMS to understand the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for improving key growth, engagement and retention metrics.
    • You will establish and enforce standards for Success Metrics, KPIs and reporting that will provide performance analysis, return on investment and insights for all channels/tactics.
    • You are responsible for reporting to key executive partners.
    • You will own partner marketing — driving results through relationships and partnerships with brands, affiliates, and societies (events)
    • You will execute tradeshows and put on events from communication strategies, creative/content development, and provider engagement to drive new sponsor and expansion revenue

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • You have 12-15 years required of customer-focused growth marketing experience
    • SaaS and/or two-sided marketplace experience is a requirement
    • Strong knowledge in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce and performance marketing platforms: e.g. Facebook/Twitter/LI advertising (SEM/AdWords a plus) is critical
    • Ability to develop, execute, and communicate a long-term strategic vision, while also balancing immediate priorities and opportunities in a dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
    • Ability to successfully deliver multi-channel B2B campaigns with a deep understanding of marketing execution and standard methodologies
    • Extraordinary interpersonal skills and proven leadership driving collaboration and results through cross-functional teams and peers
