LEAD IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED FOR AWARD-WINNING SAAS COMPANY

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a gifted multitasker who can confidently articulate and engage in conversations about Projectmates, our award-winning enterprise construction program management software. The Implementation Manager is ultimately accountable for the successful implementation of the Projectmates platform with our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Here’s a snapshot of what your day-to-day schedule could look like:

• Managing a small but agile Implementation Team, customer expectations, documentation, timelines, deliverables and support needs.
• Maintaining expert-level knowledge of the Projectmates platform, its use by clients, and the implementation process to provide optimal solutions and product configuration.
• Building trust with clients as you guide them through the implementation process, ensuring they apply Projectmates best practices and that their needs are being met.
• Coordinating and conducting training of customer end-users on all applicable elements of the Projectmates platform. These end-users may have administrative, managerial or executive roles within their organization, each with their own training needs.
• Creating reference manuals, SOPs, training material, etc.
• Continuously improving the implementation process to reduce unnecessary steps, redundant activities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Working cross-functionally with our Customer Relationship, Sales and Marketing teams.

• Have a minimum 2-4 years of documented success in a similar role in the software industry (preferred)
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Have knowledge of construction project management (This is a plus, but not required)
• Have good sense of humor – we like to laugh a lot.
