RESPONSIBILITIES

• MANAGE NEW CLIENT SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATIONS.
• GATHER WORKFLOWS AND REQUIREMENTS FROM CLIENT.
• CONFIGURE PROJECTMATES SOFTWARE BASED ON CLIENT WORKFLOW AND REQUIREMENTS.
• CONDUCT ONLINE AND IN-PERSON SOFTWARE TRAINING FOR LARGE GROUPS (10-25 ATTENDEES).
• CREATE REFERENCE MANUALS, SOP PROCEDURES, ETC.
• Strong technical presentation skills with superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Results oriented and capable of working without supervision.
• Project management experience with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SKILLS YOU POSSESS

• HIGH PROFICIENCY WITH TRAINING, COACHING, AND CONSULTATIVE LEADERSHIP.
• SOFTWARE SAVVY WITH THE ABILITY TO LEARN ROBUST AND HIGHLY COMPLEX SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
• OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATOR; HIGHLY ARTICULATE AND PROFESSIONAL.
• MINIMUM 4-6 YEARS OF DOCUMENTED SUCCESS IN A SIMILAR ROLE in the software industry preferred.
• Proven ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of architecture/construction processes is a plus.
• Extremely detail oriented; highly organized; fast learner.
• Excellent time management and prioritizing skills.

SALARY IS COMMENSURATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
