Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounting / Bookkeeping / HR Manager to join our team! You will be working from our office in Richardson, TX and will be responsible for AP/AR/bookkeeping and accounts maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage AP and AR functions
• Enter all bills and expenses into QuickBooks Online
• Create monthly invoices for the clients
• Process payroll and employee benefits
• Reconcile accounts every month
• Perform data entry and filing
• Prepare monthly P&L, Sales, and other reports
• Other administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and employee benefits
• Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Cheerful and energetic
