Responsibilities: • Monitor progress in compliance with all terms and conditions of purchase contracts • Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure all funds are disbursed accurately • Conduct professional interaction and coordinate with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, realtors, brokers, buyers, and sellers • Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lenders • Review title commitment, lender instructions, purchase and sale agreements to be sure the duties and responsibilities are clear to facilitate closing Qualifications: • Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • 3+ years of real estate closing escrow transactions experience with residential sales, REO, refinance, short sale escrow, or commercial • Strong knowledge of the escrow process, title process, regulatory guidelines, and company policies / procedures • Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience — high school diploma required Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
