Prolucent is looking for a Compliance / Credentialing Specialist in our Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for a large healthcare system. This position will act as the intermediary between our client facilities and staffing agencies to ensure accurate submission of travel clinician documentation. This position is the perfect opportunity to join a growing, disruptive leader in the space. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with credentialing in the clinical staffing industry in an MSP or similar strategic account. (THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE IF LOCATED NEAR THE DFW AREA.)

Responsibilities

• Review and accurately compile compliance documentation for our client facilities per client requirements in a timely manner.
• Work with internal teams and staffing agencies to obtain incomplete information and correct inaccurate documentation prior to submission to our client facilities.
• Regularly audit compliance documentation in VMS for accuracy and proactively work to call attention to discrepancies and minimize future errors.
• Learn and maintain knowledge base of current company, state, and federal regulations to ensure the greatest possible compliance.
• Track credentialing files in VMS and work with healthcare providers to obtain missing, incomplete, and expiring items.
• Establish and maintain long-term working relationships with clients and staffing agencies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, create, and implement process improvement initiatives to better meet client expectations.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve issues and conflicts that may arise.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in a clinical or staffing agency setting.
• Compliance and credentialing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology highly preferred
• Detail oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally with clients, clinicians, and staffing agencies.
• Strong problem-solving skills

Reports To: Compliance Manager

Division: Client Operations

Primary Location: Remote or Local to the DFW area

Preferred Experience: Compliance/Credentialing experience in healthcare staffing experience preferred.

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation:

• $28.00 - $34.00
