    Job Description

    Prometheus (PFS) is seeking a Healthcare Consulting Project Manager to support a federal contract. 

    The selected individual will be an integral part of a joint venture team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency.  Innovative support will be necessary across several areas, including:  Program Management and Integration, Improvement and Change Management, Data And Analyses, Training, Strategic Communication and Implementation, Supply Chain, Financial Management Modernization and Policy Support.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as single point of contact with/for the federal client requests for SME support and any matter related to the contractor performance
    • Plan, initiate, manage, execute and close out programs in support of an agency’s mission
    • Identify, evaluate, and drive continuous improvement throughout successive Go-Lives

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BA/BS degree and experience successfully managing a large-scale programs
    • At least 9 years' overall experience and 4+ years of experience supporting a large corporation or government agency
    • PMP or other similar certification
    • Experience with developing standard operating procedures, processes, and policies
    • Experience with working across multiple dynamic organizations, driving all stakeholders toward a shared mission
    • Experience with organizing a diverse team of senior leaders, customers, and vendors while flexibly adjusting to managing shifting demands and ambiguity, reprioritization of objectives, and mitigating rapid change
    • Ability to work in a face-paced environment while interacting and managing a variety of stakeholders during critical programmatic periods
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to lead teams and to work independently
    • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of Healthcare Operations/Management or Electronic Health Records
    • At least 4 years supporting a large health care organization
    • Experience with Veterans / Veterans Affairs issues
    • Ability to drive a team of diverse stakeholders ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled
