The ideal candidate will: * Have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience. * Have a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to pass background checks. * Possess very strong communication skills. * Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork. * Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment. * Must be very detail oriented and be able to multi-task. * Be available to work 15-25 hours per week with an expectation to work more hours as needed. * Be available to work various shifts between the hours of 7am and 8pm, M through F. * Be available to work Saturday with shifts being between the hours of 7am and 6pm. The Test Center Administrator is responsible for:
• Providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable, friendly, sometimes fast paced environment. * Checking in examinees, verifying identification, and performing all security protocol following strict Prometric policies and procedures. * Monitoring examines while testing. * Maintaining a secure testing environment. * Communicating with internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues. * Strictly adhering to company policies using careful judgement. * Light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, sanitizing workstations, taking out the trash, etc. * Other duties as assigned.
