Promise ABA, LLC, is currently looking for a full time BCBA to join our team. The position requires a flexible work schedule providing individual services to children and adults ages 2 to 25. Primary responsibilities will include behavioral assessment based on Applied Behavior Analysis, providing in home parent training, and providing 1:1 supervision in the clients’ home.
Promise ABA, LLC. serves, children, and adolescents with social emotional and behavioral challenges. Our clinical team focuses on the individual’s strengths and individual difference while developing an intervention plan that addresses his or her unique profile.
Qualifications:
Master degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field (required)
Board certification (BCBA) from the behavior analyst certification board, is required
3+ years of experience
Experience with a variety of assessment tools and report writing
Extensive implementation experience in behavior treatment planning using applied behavior analysis evidence-based treatments
Proof of immunization records and TB required
Must have a reliable car, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities:
Assess individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Design client programs and modifications
Oversee the implementation of 1:1 direct ABA intervention in home, community and educational settings.
Assess staff competency and performance through collection of fidelity of implementation and reliability data
Provide on-going parents education
Conduct quarterly assessments of clients and write progress reports that are consistently accurate, thorough and specific
Maintain strict confidentiality of clients and HIPAA compliance
Demonstrate initiative in the performance of assigned responsibilities
