    The Promontory Club, is looking to fulfill vacancies for full time, seasonal Bussers for spring/ summer 2018.

    Bussers have the opportunity to rotate between The Peak and the Hearth Grille, located in the Pete Dye Clubhouse to maximize hours and compensation.

    Our bussers meet the member's food and beverage needs in a friendly and professional manner that is consistent with the highest standards of Promontory Club restaurants.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Greet the Members in a friendly and professional manner.

    Perform all water, coffee and tea service.

    Clear tables of all plates, glasses and flatware in an appropriate and timely manner.

    Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the Member's table, as well as that of the entire restaurant area (including floors, windows and countertops) both during and after the meal.

    Re-set tables in a timely manner.

    Other duties as assigned or as required to ensure that the Members have a positive and above satisfactory dining experience.

    Completion of assigned opening and closing side work.

    work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed. Uniforms are provided.

    KNOWLEDGE /INFORMATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Standard food handler's certification is required.

    A recognized alcohol server training card by the Utah Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control (UDABC) is preferred

    Must be at least 21 years of age if serving alcoholic beverages (UDABC).

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The employee must have the ability to perform MEDIUM TO HEAVY WORK:

    Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or in the excess of 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
