    About the Role

    The Promotional Engraver is responsible for engraving and customizing promotional products using specialized equipment such as laser engravers and rotary machines. This role ensures all items meet quality standards, client specifications, and production deadlines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain engraving equipment (laser and/or rotary machines)
    • Customize products according to client artwork and specifications
    • Review work orders and proofs to ensure accuracy before production
    • Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
    • Adjust machine settings for different materials (metal, wood, plastic, etc.)
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on engraving equipment
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Meet daily production goals and deadlines
    • Collaborate with production and design teams as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous engraving or production experience preferred (laser engraving a plus)
    • Ability to read and interpret job orders, artwork files, and specifications
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
    • Basic computer skills (experience with design or engraving software is a plus)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check

    Schedule & Physical Requirements

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
    • Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
    • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

    • Participate in required safety training and compliance programs
    • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately
    • Maintain compliance with attendance, timekeeping, and workplace conduct policies
