Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Promotions Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services through a variety of marketing campaigns, events, and direct customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for brand promotion, and the ability to drive interest and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand at promotional events, product launches, and activations.

• Distribute marketing materials and samples to engage potential customers.

• Explain product or service features to increase public interest and brand awareness.

• Capture customer data and feedback to support future marketing efforts.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
