Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns

• Support promotional strategies from concept to completion

• Monitor inventory of promotional materials and supplies

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

• Provide administrative support to the promotions and marketing team

• Track and report campaign performance and audience feedback

• Maintain accurate records of promotional activity

• Ensure brand consistency in all promotional efforts

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Comfortable working both independently and within a team

• Prior experience in promotions, marketing, or events is a plus, but not required
