The Regional Promotions Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing promotional campaigns, events, remotes, and community activations that support and promote the company’s media brands across Radio, Television, Print (Hola News), Digital Platforms, and Social Media.

This role ensures that all promotional initiatives are aligned with the company’s branding strategy and integrated across multiple media platforms, maximizing audience engagement, advertiser value, and community impact.

The Regional Promotions Coordinator manages the promotions calendar, event logistics, promotional vehicles, street teams, promotional inventory, reporting, and operational compliance, while also supporting revenue-generating initiatives in coordination with the Sales Department and Local Sales Managers.

Additionally, this role collaborates closely with the Community Relations Team to strengthen the company’s presence in the communities it serves.
