    In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads in the healthcare industry, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth for our software products. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and development teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our sales targets.

    The Role:

    The Sales Team is the first stop for all of our current and future customers.

    Your goal will be to generate and nurture leads, educate them about Prompt, and facilitate product demonstrations. We'll teach you everything you need to know to be successful in a sales role with a path to promotion as desired.

    You will find new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will be building relationships with and selling the best product in the market to leaders throughout the physical therapy space. Following our Mission and Values, you'll feel good about using your therapy background in a non-traditional way to impact rehab therapy beyond traditional patient care.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Conduct outbound prospecting (including but not limited to cold calling and cold emailing) to identify and qualify new sales leads in the healthcare industry
    • Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques, including email marketing and social media, to reach potential customers in the healthcare space
    • Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare software products and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects
    • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team to help them close deals in the healthcare space
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
    • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and development teams to refine and improve our lead generation processes in the healthcare industry
    • Attend healthcare industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers in the healthcare space

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare software industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects in the healthcare industry at all levels
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare industry
    • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Hubspot
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market and product needs in the healthcare industry
    • Interest in healthcare software sales and a passion for learning and growing in this field
