The Role

We are currently seeking an IT Manager to help Prompt grow our operations and security practices. You will assist in the management of users and their devices, as well as assist in implementation of security certification initiatives. This will involve helping us onboard new vendors, defining processes and documentation on the integrations.

The job role might also require you to learn new tools and technologies fast, and you should have in-depth IT systems management knowledge as well as experience with managing the software supporting organizations.. You will be a key part of the success of Prompt and its employees by supporting internal and external projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Managing user accounts across all third-party services. Including security management and audits to enforce best in practice solutions
• Managing user devices across Windows and Apple. This includes defining and enforcing policies for endpoint security, device imaging for onboarding and offboarding, break-fix, support, etc.
• Assist during security audits and documentation to support our certification efforts (CEHRT, SOC2, HITRUST, etc.)
• Answer and resolve support issues from internal staff in a timely manner. Issues ranging from password resets to endpoint security configuration
• Support third party systems integrations

Skills

• Experience managing users in a mixed IDP environment (Google Workspace, Azure AD, Okta, Jumpcloud, Rippling, etc.)
• Experience deploying and managing devices across multiple MDMs for Windows and Apple devices (Kandji, Intune, Ripping, etc.)
• Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, RDS, etc) and management of security policies
• Experience managing a remote workforce in a security-focused environment
• Troubleshooting and endpoint support for Windows and Macs
• Understanding of TCP/IP and how ACLs work in a complex network environment
• Understanding of Linux operating systems and how to troubleshoot system level errors
