    Job Description:

    As turn's E-commerce Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our e-commerce division, tasked with taking full ownership of our online sales strategy. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in website optimization, SEO, and digital marketing to enhance our e-commerce performance. You'll be responsible for devising and implementing strategies that capitalize on our viral marketing success while addressing the challenges of establishing a robust e-commerce presence. Your leadership will be crucial in managing and expanding our team to meet and support growing demand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales, customer engagement, and digital presence.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth within the hemp industry.
    • Utilize SEO insights and website optimization techniques to enhance visibility and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.
    • Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives, including A/B testing, to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
    • Oversee the management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, appealing content, and optimal performance.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate viral marketing strategies and organic traffic generation into our e-commerce activities.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, leveraging KPIs to gauge success and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage and build a dedicated e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

    Compensation:

    • Base Salary: Competitive, reflecting the strategic importance of this role.
    • Performance Incentives: Attractive bonuses tied to key e-commerce metrics, including but not limited to Average Order Value (AOV), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), and Conversion Rate.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the hemp or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, manage projects, and drive tangible results.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
