    Who We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking candidates with diverse, hands-on skills who are eager to learn and grow. Ideal candidates may have backgrounds in:

    Mechanics (automotive, machinery, or equipment repair)

    Carpentry or construction

    General labor or other trades

    Any role requiring technical or manual skills

    What You’ll Do

    Install, maintain, and service propane and heating equipment

    Troubleshoot and repair systems with support from our experienced team

    Interact with customers to meet their needs

    Participate in our comprehensive training program to master industry techniques

    Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

    Drive company vehicles to job sites, ensuring safe and timely delivery of services

    Requirements

    Valid driver’s license (required)

    Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Hazmat endorsement (we’ll support you through the process)

    Experience in a hands-on trade (e.g., mechanics, carpentry, general labor, or similar)

    Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
