Job Description

• Assist with the execution of all marketing tactics.
• Participate in the development of advertising strategies with our team of community marketing managers.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and bring innovation and new thinking to the group.
• Provide leadership to project teams including project direction, strategy, and managing all aspects of project development.
• Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition.
• Forecast market trends, research market to identify new opportunities.
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations Major (preferred).
• Highly detailed-oriented and exceptional organizational and follow-through skills a must.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and efficient time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
