    PROPEL SWIM ACADEMY - a State-of-the-Art Swim School in South Riding, is looking for an individual who would like to be part of our CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM!If you LOVE an active, family-focused, educationally driven work environment, please consider working with Propel Swim Academy! Complete training is provided for our Customer Support Team. Our employees are very important to us as YOU are the face of our brand! We are a family-owned and operated business that strives to create an AMAZING experience for both our employees and our customers! Schedule Requirements: In addition to weekday office hours, applicants must be able to work 2-3 afternoon/evening shifts per week (~3:00pm-7:00pm) and one weekend morning shift (~8:30am-12:30pm).

    Hourly Wages: $18 - $25 per hour, based on qualifications (weekend rates higher) Benefits: As part of their compensation packets, full-time employees are eligible for health benefits and discounted or free swim lessons for immediate family!

    Start Date: Immediately

    Minimum Age Requirement: 21 years

    Education Needed: College Degree

    Responsibilities:

    Respond to all customer inquiries in a manner that supports Propel Swim Academy’s mission, vision and values.

    Manage customer registration and class scheduling software.

    Maintain accuracy, security and integrity of all customer records including personal, financial and class information.

    Provide excellent customer service in both an in-person and remote (phone & email) setting.

    Perform all job responsibilities in a professional, friendly and courteous manner at all times.

    Job Type: Full-Time
