    What We Need. We are looking for a result-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join Propelled Brands marketing team to manage the digital execution of marketing content across social media platforms, email, blogs, paid campaigns and search.

    If you are a data-driven digital marketer with deep knowledge of customer journey principles, good writing and graphic design skills, hands-on experience working for the enterprise-level companies or well-known brands, this job could be for you.

    What We Need. The ideal candidate will show the ability to:

    Produce original content, including design, copy, and video edits according to the digital media calendar and brand guidelines

    Schedule, test, and post social media content across multiple platforms for 2k social media accounts

    Create and schedule emails, build automated funnels in HubSpot

    Assist with writing and editing content for specific campaigns

    Manage new social media account enrollments, add them to Sprinklr, set up and optimize their social media pages and create automated reports

    Set up social listening for keywords and target audiences, use insights to refine social strategy, identify trending hashtags

    Conduct keyword research for SEO and SEM

    Maintain marketing and project timelines to track all activities and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

    Moderate all user-generated local franchisee site content in line with the brands’ rules of engagement;

    Measure and report core engagement metrics and overall performance of all marketing campaigns and channels and make recommendations for improvements.

    Maintain the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all digital media channels

    3 -5 years of social media and/or digital marketing experience with enterprise-level or well-known brands is required

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Marketing or equivalent

    Key Competencies:

    Extensive knowledge of social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn and best practices

    Strong graphic design skills

    Hands-on experience with creating social media campaigns

    Understanding of customer journey and conversion funnels

    Highly organized campaign/timeline management, with strong attention to detail

    Able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines, learn new digital marketing tools

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

    Technical/Functional Competencies

    Robust knowledge of HubSpot and Sprinklr or similar content management platforms, certification is a plus.

    Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing, Experience with Digital Marketing tools (SEMRush, Google Keywords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords) or similar tools
