    YOUR MISSION

    At Propeller, we know that the most important levers we have are who we hire and how we support our people. Your mission is to take our high-performing Denver team  to new heights by bringing in exceptional talent.  Focusing on our go to market roles, you will own the full recruitment cycle. From employer branding strategy to advertising; sourcing to offer. You will help profile, identify, attract and assess both active and passive prospects.

    You will deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You will keep them informed throughout, building long-lasting relationships with both successful and unsuccessful candidates.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • You have 3 + years experience in recruitment, ideally in fast-paced internal positions.

    • You enjoy building great relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

    • You're comfortable working with remote teams, candidates and hiring managers.

    • You're highly organized and can hold others around you accountable to the same high standards.

    • You're an outstanding written and verbal communicator. You are comfortable writing job descriptions, engaging in candidate correspondence, and managing internal communications.

    • You have experience hiring for a diverse set of roles. You are happy to roll up your sleeves and dive into unfamiliar or unplanned positions. This includes stepping outside of GTM roles when needed.

    • You're an advanced LinkedIn user with a strong network and you often create interesting content, attracting like minded people to our page.

    • You have excellent collaborative skills and ability to be part of a close-knit but globally spread-out team.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Sharing Propeller's story and mission with prospective candidates. You will act as a brand ambassador whenever representing us.

    • Sourcing active and passive candidates through your network and various databases.

    • Optimising the platforms and technologies we use to attract and manage high-quality candidates.

    • Creating excitement around positions by writing and posting sharp, engaging job descriptions.

    • Filtering applications, screening candidates and recommending next steps.

    • Taking on shared responsibility of diversity and inclusion at Propeller. We want the best person for the role, but we also strive for a diverse workplace. 

    • Acting as the primary advocate for candidates, guiding them through the entire recruitment process, curating an excellent candidate experience.

    • Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies for each position. This involves managing stakeholders globally, ensuring that there is clarity on the recruitment process and progress.

    • Lead the offer process in partnership with the Finance and wider People team.

    • When necessary, working with best in class external recruiters, holding them to our own high standards.

    The salary range offered for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. This range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. Any salary offer that is extended will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Propeller will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Propeller.
