Job Description

ProperLot is hiring property tax consultants for the upcoming 2021 property tax protest season. Your role will be to gather and analyze market value data to generate property value reports for single family residences. These reports will be used to represent homeowners in the residential property tax protest process. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, county appraisers, and the appraisal review board during the protest process. You should have experience with the Texas property tax protest process and using CAD systems, such as TCAD, and HCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering market value property data
• Analyzing market value and equal and uniform analysis
• Preparing property tax protests
• Interfacing with homeowners
• Interfacing with country appraisers and appraisal review board

Key Objectives:

• Help refine internal workflow to improve processes
• Manage client workflow through entire property tax protest process
• Maximize tax savings for consumers
