    As a Property Accountant, you'll have a pivotal role in overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and accounting functions for our diverse property portfolio. You'll ensure accuracy and efficiency, collaborating across departments to support both residential and commercial assets. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the financial reporting for our diverse property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support property accounting needs. • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, maintaining our commitment to integrity. • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly. • Assist in budgeting and cash forecasting processes to support strategic financial planning and decision-making. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required (Master’s degree a plus). • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. • Ability to work as a team as well as independently. • Property accounting or public accounting experience is a plus. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
