As spring conditions bring increased wind, dust storms, and occasional hail across southern New Mexico, this role offers a steady flow of residential assignments, flexible scheduling, and reliable support from an experienced claims team.

Position Overview:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties following recent weather activity

• Evaluate and document damages related to wind, dust-driven events, hail, and water intrusion

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photo documentation and detailed field notes

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier contacts

• Manage claim files efficiently and submit reports within required timelines

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently in a field environment

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active New Mexico adjuster license or designated home state license
