CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Claims Adjuster to support daily residential property claims throughout Savannah, Georgia and the surrounding coastal region. With spring bringing coastal storms, wind, and heavy rain to the area, we are expanding our field team to help serve policyholders and carrier partners with responsive, professional claim handling.

This field-based opportunity offers steady assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our experienced claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess residential property damage from wind, rain, and other covered events

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photo documentation and detailed inspection notes

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Submit complete, organized claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software

• Strong understanding of residential property damage and repair practices

• Excellent communication and time-management skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Active Georgia adjuster license preferred (or designated home state license)
