GG Homes is seeking a full-time, in-office Property Analyst to evaluate and model real estate investment opportunities through thorough, process-driven financial analysis. You’ll partner with our acquisitions and sales teams to produce MAO and ARV valuations, green-light high-potential deals, and drive data-driven investment strategies, all while adhering to defined processes and tight deadlines. As a Property Analyst at GG Homes, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights through informed, process-driven financial and property analysis. You’ll partner with acquisitions and sales teams to evaluate opportunities, guide investment decisions, and ensure accuracy and compliance across all analyses. Responsibilities: • Analyze real estate investment opportunities and determine their viability • Produce Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) and After Repair Value (ARV) valuations for properties • Green-light or red-light proposed acquisitions based on rigorous financial analysis • Identify the highest and best uses for single-family homes, condos, multi-family properties, and land • Assist in evaluating acquisition and exit strategies • Respond to sales-team inquiries with real-time information on proposed acquisitions • Maintain a consistent pace and ensure quality by completing analysis procedures before moving on to new tasks • Engage in education projects to deepen your understanding of real estate and financial analysis tools (e.g., Google Drive, AirDNA, Scoutred, InfoSparks, MLS, CRS Data, PropertyRadar, Google Earth) • Undertake general accounting duties to ensure financial accuracy and compliance • Operate within our department structure and defined processes Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Real Estate preferred • 1+ year of experience in a financial or property-analysis role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-starter with a proactive, process-oriented approach Compensation: $70,000 + Bonuses
