Our busy company is looking to hire an experienced property management bookkeeper to assist us in managing all financial transactions, including monthly financial preparation, client interaction, communication with our property managers, general ledger journal entries, and overall handling of the financials for a portfolio of our condominium associations. Benefits: • 401(k) matching • generous PTO • health care coverage • dental and vision • hybrid work schedule Shift/Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm Location: In person 3 days a week Responsibilities: • Direct all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and oversee the accounts payables and receivables process • Update and maintain accurate financial records, contracts, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements • Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software • Safeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reports Qualifications: • Well-versed with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software, such as QuickBooks • Exceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, and communications skills are important • A high school diploma is required - an associate’s degree in accounting, or business, or related field is preferred • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience in the construction industry • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience is preferred Compensation: $55,000
