No two days look alike here. Since 2015 we have redeveloped single-family homes in more than 20 cities. Our strategies in real estate investment are cash purchases, fix and flips, creative finance, rental and other real estate sales opportunities. You Should Only Apply If: • You’re a closer with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • You’d be comfortable on the phones 10 hours per week • You are able to manage your time effectively with minimal supervision and determine high priority tasks vs less impactful tasks • You are a highly money-motivated self-starter with a resourceful “can-do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet your goals • You are a bright, resourceful, and creative problem solver  • You thrive working to support team success and do not need to be micro-managed • You are reliable, operate with integrity, and keep your agreements • You are committed to personal growth, and you’re passionate about being the best version of yourself, both personally and professionally Responsibilities: • Close qualified inbound leads generated by our lead generation team  • Assess sellers' situations to provide the best option based upon needs • Hunt, nurture, and close self-generated leads • Attend (virtually) weekly team meetings and ongoing sales training  • Analyze data to determine offers as a basis to negotiate with home sellers  • Enter all seller leads in CRM and maintain sequenced follow up • Maintain detailed and robust CRM notes  • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting • Assign potential realtor listings to listing agent partners • Occasional site visits to close deals in person Qualifications: • Telemarketing/sales experience is preferred • You must be a CLOSER (documented proof that you were successful will be a HUGE plus for you) • A professional and engaging disposition with natural negotiation tendencies • A pleasant phone presence and ability to mirror match prospects to convey expertise without intimidating • Highly emotionally intelligent with excellent verbal and written communications skills • Must be able to learn to comp properties, determine future values and negotiate    • Ability to follow up consistently and manage long closing cycles • Tech savviness (experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Excel, etc. is a huge plus) • Strong desire to maximize and implement improvements to your position - Own it • Must be able to pass a background check • Must have reliable high-speed internet, a smartphone, and reliable transportation Compensation: $60,000+
