About the Role
The Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent is a client-facing role focused on providing outstanding service and support to both new and existing policyholders. You’ll manage client relationships, handle renewals, process new business, and serve as a trusted advisor for individuals and businesses.
This position is ideal for a motivated, licensed professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping clients protect what matters most.
Key Responsibilities
· Quote, sell, and bind new personal and commercial lines policies.
· Manage and service existing client accounts, including renewals and policy changes.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
· Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and professional support to all clients.
· Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
· Perform administrative tasks such as document management and correspondence.
Qualifications
· Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license required.
· Proficient in personal and commercial lines insurance products and regulations.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
· Ability to manage high call and email volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
· Tech-savvy and comfortable using Word, Excel, and CRM or agency management systems.
· Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to achieve personal and agency goals.
· Availability Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Compensation & Benefits
· Base salary: $50,000–$60,000, plus commission and performance incentives.
