Responsibilities: • Meet with new, existing, and prospective policyholders and actively listen to their needs to properly assess their circumstances and financial statuses before proposing ideal plan options • Employ successful sales-based marketing strategies such as prospecting, cold calling, networking, and more to identify and secure potential clients • Track and share progress toward monthly quotas by consistently updating bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer records • Help existing, new, and prospective clients fulfill insurance policy requirements by ensuring the completion of necessary forms and examining physical properties prior to or during the insurance claims process • Remain educated on property and casualty insurance policies, insurance agent regulations, insurance claims, and other industry rules to successfully match prospective, existing, and new clients with the best insurance plans Qualifications: • Familiarity with accounting and sales-related software or programs is a plus • P&C insurance license required for this role • Candidates must have core computer skills and a demonstrated capability using Microsoft Office programs • Excellent analytical, customer service, and communication skills are required • High school diploma/GED or equivalent is a must; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Compensation: $53,000 - $80,000 yearly
