CENCO Claims is seeking a motivated Property Claims Adjuster to handle daily residential inspections throughout the Albuquerque, NM area. As spring brings increased wind events, dust storms, and occasional hail across central New Mexico, this field role offers a steady flow of assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced in-house claims team.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties following recent weather activity

• Evaluate and document damages related to wind, dust-driven events, hail, and water intrusion

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture detailed photo documentation and complete clear, organized reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier representatives

• Submit timely, well-structured claim files that meet carrier guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in a field environment

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active New Mexico adjuster license or designated home state license
