We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy Cleaning Professional to support the upkeep of our commercial, residential and vacation properties. This position begins at 15–20 hours per week with strong potential to expand into a full-time property and household management role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization across commercial, residential and vacation properties.

· Manage and order commercial cleaning and household supplies following a set budget.

· Perform interior upkeep of a truck fleet (vacuuming, dashboard wipe-downs, etc.).

· Travel within Omaha and Southwest Iowa (up to 60 miles).

· Uphold strict standards of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with strong, verifiable references.

· Transportation: mileage reimbursement or access to a company vehicle will be provided when necessary.

· Ability to pass background, drug, and credit checks.

· Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and NDA.

· Strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

· $24–$27 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
