Probate law firm is seeking a full-time Property Coordinator. Ideal for someone with property management and title/real property and/or foreclosure experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and keep all data organized and current. Candidate needs to be level-headed, detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, ask appropriate questions, use common sense, have excellent telephone and communication skills, and be team-player oriented. Responsibilities: • Verification of titles (real property and vehicles), assisting with property management, which includes addressing insurance, taxes, mortgages, and utilities. • Scheduling repairs and maintenance at properties. • Oversight and assisting to ensure rent payments are received from properties with tenants or any property management companies that may be involved. Working with any property management companies on said properties. • Scheduling realtors and appraisers to provide market analyses and appraisals. • Work with third-party vendors related to real property matters. • Working with realtors to list properties for sale and working with title companies to coordinate real estate closings.
