This position is responsible for handling all aspects of property damage claims, from initial assessment through resolution. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Open and manage new property damage (PD) claims for clients in a timely and accurate manner • Handle Proof of Damage (POD) claims and ensure proper documentation is gathered and submitted • Run vehicle valuation comparisons (comps) to help assess fair market value for totaled or damaged vehicles • Coordinate repair estimates with body shops, adjusters, and other third-party vendors • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and answer questions related to their property damage claims • Collaborate with paralegals and case managers to ensure smooth handoffs and integration with injury-related portions of the claim • Advocate on behalf of clients to maximize property damage settlements and resolve disputes with insurance companies • Track and follow up on insurance payments , supplements, and lienholder interactions • Maintain organized, accurate records in the firm’s case management system • Provide a high level of client service and support , particularly during the early stages of the case when property damage is top-of-mind Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience handling property damage claims , preferably within a law firm, insurance company, or collision repair environment • Strong working knowledge of auto insurance policies , property damage processes, and total loss claim procedures • Familiarity with vehicle valuation tools (e.g., CCC One, Mitchell, Kelley Blue Book, etc.) and interpreting repair estimates • Excellent verbal and written communication skills —must be comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and internal team members • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and follow through on key deadlines Compensation: $45,000
