We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Field Property Specialist to join our Property Management team within a dynamic real estate brokerage. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for a combination of field-based tasks—such as property staging, photography, and inspections—and providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team and tenants. As a Field Property Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are presented in the best light while also acting as a liaison between tenants, property owners, and the Property Management team. Your tasks will include addressing maintenance requests, responding to tenant concerns, and coordinating repairs, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction. You will also be instrumental in supporting office operations, ensuring efficient processes, and assisting with marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Staging Properties: • Set up and arrange furniture and decor in rental and sales properties to maximize appeal and create inviting, attractive environments for prospective tenants and buyers. • Ensure all staging is done according to the company's branding and aesthetic guidelines. Photography: • Take high-quality photos of properties, both staged and vacant, for marketing purposes, including online listings, brochures, and social media. • Ensure that all images reflect the property's features in the best possible light. Field Work & Property Inspections: • Drive a truck with a trailer (or be trained to do so) to transport furniture and equipment for staging. • Perform property inspections, including move-in, move-out, and semi-annual inspections. • Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Property Management team for timely resolution. • Monitor and assess property conditions and work closely with maintenance personnel to ensure timely repairs. Customer Service & Maintenance Requests: • Act as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, complaints, or maintenance requests. Ensure all requests are handled in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Work with tenants to schedule repairs and maintenance in a way that minimizes disruption to their living experience. • Follow up on completed service requests to ensure tenant satisfaction and proper resolution of issues. • Assist tenants with questions about property conditions, community guidelines, and move-in/move-out procedures. Administrative Support: • Support office operations by creating and implementing record-keeping systems for customer data and property records. • Help with scheduling appointments for property viewings, inspections, and maintenance work. • Maintain organized files for both hard and digital documents related to properties, tenants, and customer interactions. Marketing & Brand Support: • Help build and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email campaigns, to promote properties and our company brand. • Assist with community events, both in-person and online, to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Bookkeeping & Administrative Tasks: • Help with accounts receivable and payable as required by the team. • Generate status reports and provide updates on property management tasks, ensuring that the team stays informed of ongoing projects. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. • Prior experience in property management, real estate, or staging is preferred but not required. • Ability to drive a truck with a trailer, or a willingness to learn how to do so. • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and tenant satisfaction. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with photography equipment and photo editing software. • Experience in event coordination or community outreach. • Previous experience with property inspection software or tools. Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly
