    Overview

    Property & Development Manager, while coordinating regularly with ranch staff, guest services, and office personnel.

    As a new and evolving role, responsibilities may shift over time based on seasonal needs, guest volume, and project demands. Flexibility, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.Residences and requires discretion and professionalism at all times.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate lodging, event, and staff calendars. Schedule tours, cleanings, repairs, and vendor visits.

    • Guest & Reservation Communication: Manage bookings and guest communication on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct systems. Respond to inquiries, confirm details, and assist with special requests.

    • Event & Experience Support: Assist with the planning and execution of weddings, retreats, corporate events, and seasonal guest experiences.

    • Operational Logistics: Maintain cleaning schedules, coordinate grocery and catering deliveries, and assist with light housekeeping support.

    • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Schedule and communicate with service providers for repairs, deliveries, and ongoing maintenance.

    • Administrative & Record Keeping: Track bookings, guest feedback, property issues, and miscellaneous reports. Help document property-specific procedures and turnover checklists.

    • Personal Property Oversight (Confidential): Assist with scheduling and maintaining the owners’ residences. Maintain a high degree of privacy and professionalism in all related matters.

    • Maintain and update checklists and SOPs for cleaning, maintenance, and guest readiness

    • Onboard seasonal staff, contractors, or vendors with clear expectations and scheduling support

    • Coordinate pre-arrival checks and readiness walkthroughs

    • Track inventory and restocking needs for guest and staff use items

    • Serve as a communication hub between the COO, operations staff, guest services, and ranch personnel

    • Respond to or escalate urgent guest or property issues as needed

    Qualifications

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Experience with calendar systems, booking platforms, and administrative tasks

    • Customer-service mindset with problem-solving ability

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and details across several locations

    • Discretion and confidentiality when supporting ownership and private residences

    • Willingness to take on new or changing tasks based on seasonal or business needs

    • Office-based with occasional on-site or event support as needed
