Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive home, phase, and specialty inspections (mold, thermal, pool, foundation) that meet or exceed TREC standards. • Capture clear photos, voice notes, and on‑site findings using our Spectora template. • Communicate findings to clients and real‑estate partners in plain language, supporting our culture of education and transparency. • Maintain tools, equipment, and personal PPE in safe working order; report any safety or warranty issues promptly. Qualifications: Must‑Have Qualifications • Active Texas Professional Inspector (TREC) license with 1+ years in the field and ≥ 100 fee‑paid inspections completed. • Clean driving record, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle that can fit a ladder, ability to lift 50 lbs and access roofs/crawlspaces. • Tech‑comfortable. • High S/C DISC profile (detail‑oriented rule‑follower who values consistency) is a plus. Compensation: $23 - $34 hourly
