Responsibilities: • Complete building inspections prior to sale to ensure the home meets current standards for electrical systems, roofing, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, security systems, structural components, and building codes updates • Make detailed notes for each home system so that the buyer and seller are both aware of every potential problem on the property • Write a detailed report following each inspection that includes photos and specific descriptions of any damages observed • Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills • Well-acquainted with basic computer programs and email applications • Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
