    We’re hiring a licensed home inspector to assess our clients’ properties! You’ll conduct building inspections, document any damages, and provide clients with a thorough inspection report. Responsibilities: • Assist home buyers with any other requests regarding the home inspection to keep open lines of communication and adapt to meet their needs • Draft a comprehensive report, with photographs, to help home buyers and sellers understand exactly what the inspection revealed • Catalog each damaged fixture or system in need of repair so there are no surprises for buyers or sellers • Assess the property to see if any damages exist or repairs are needed. • Compile and organize inspection results into a report that will give all parties a clear understanding of any potential issues that were identified. Qualifications: • 1+ year of previous work experience conducting home inspections or working in construction field • ASHI certified and licensed as required by the state • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking skills • Must be able to manage very detailed aspects of the inspection and reporting process • Has no problem with heights or confined spaces; able to evaluate roofs, crawl spaces, and attics • Must carry proof of state license, where applicable, and ASHI certification • Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces • Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form • Attention to detail is critical in the role for both inspections and for reporting purposes Compensation: $100,000 potential
