Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in first-party property insurance law to join a leading law firm dedicated to representing policyholders in complex insurance disputes. Key Responsibilities: ****
Client Advocacy: Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance cases, including coverage disputes, claim denials, and bad faith claims.
Case Management: Handle a diverse litigation caseload, conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Negotiations: Engage with insurers, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate favourable settlements.
Court Representation: Represent clients during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials with a focus on delivering compelling and effective advocacy.
Legal Analysis: Review and analyse insurance policies, claims documentation, and relevant materials to assess case strategy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to drive successful outcomes.
