We are a locally owned property management company, looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician. This position will provide maintenance services to several properties around Lincoln, Nebraska. The Successful applicant will be able to provide customer service to our residents and maintain a positive attitude. Those duties may include but are not limited to:

-Minor landscaping projects -Trash clean up -Clean out and prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins -Lawn maintenance -General property maintenance-General housekeeping items-Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots as needed

Applicants must:-Have previous maintenance experience-Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a DMV record check-Pass a background check to BHG Properties standards-Be able to troubleshoot and repair appliances -Be available to be in an on-call rotation-Provide excellent customer service skills -Have experience with carpentry and painting-Be experienced with a variety of hand tools, yard tools, and maintenance equipment-Have experience with minor plumbing and electrical projects

HVAC certification is a plus but not required.
