Job Title: Property Maintenance / Handyman

Job Summary

Seeking a reliable individual to perform basic property maintenance and physical labor. This position focuses on general upkeep and simple handyman-type tasks. Larger or specialized repairs are handled by licensed contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Change light bulbs and perform basic maintenance.
• Paint fences and other areas as needed.
• Power-wash trash enclosures and other surfaces.
• Perform general property cleanup and upkeep.
• Complete basic handyman and maintenance tasks.
• Help keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous handyman, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical labor.
• Basic knowledge of common hand tools.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail.
