About the Role We’re looking for two hardworking, jack-of-all-trades Property Maintenance Technicians to support our growing property portfolio: • One position — Northern Wasatch Front (work alongside a partner) • One position — Southern Wasatch Front (work independently) This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role. There’s no management responsibility, no reports, and no micromanaging — just honest maintenance work where you can take pride in keeping properties in great shape. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • General property maintenance and repairs • Light finish work (drywall, painting, trim, etc.) • Basic carpentry, minor plumbing, and minor electrical fixes • Troubleshoot issues and take initiative to resolve them • Work efficiently on your own or with a teammate (Northern position) Qualifications: What You’ll Bring • A broad skillset — no need to be a specialist, just comfortable tackling all kinds of property tasks • A reliable vehicle (mileage expenses covered) • Your own tools • A strong work ethic and the ability to manage your time without supervision • Flexibility to work in the field across the Wasatch Front Details • Pay: $20–$25/hr based on experience • Classification: W2 or 1099 — your choice Flexible, independent work environment Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
