    We are seeking a skilled and dependable Property Management Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of our growing property management division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys streamlining processes, and is passionate about delivering accurate, timely financials to the team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks, including financial reporting, A/P, A/R, CAM reconciliations, and bank account management. You’ll work closely with property managers, the Operations Manager, and ownership groups to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in all accounting functions. This is NOT a remote position, and we offer a competitive compensation package. Responsibilities: • Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial statements to property managers and owners • Manage accounts payable, including invoice coding, entry, payment, and approval coordination • Oversee accounts receivable functions, including tenant invoicing, rent collections, and delinquency tracking • Manage owner bank accounts: deposit and record rent payments, and reconcile monthly statements • Produce accurate monthly and annual CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations • Research and resolve accounting issues through analysis and critical thinking • Collaborate with the HOA Accountant and provide back-up support as needed • Support additional accounting duties as assigned, with room to grow as the department expands Qualifications: • An associate's degree in accounting or equivalent experience in property management accounting • A minimum of 3 years of general ledger accounting experience; property management software experience is a plus • Possess a positive attitude, integrity, and passion for providing excellent customer service • Ability to multitask with a high degree of accuracy • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications • Experience in DoorLoop and Yardi Genesis, and QuickBooks preferred Compensation: $25 - $27 hourly
