Responsibilities: • Serve as a point of contact for resident-related questions and concerns • Track communication history and resident updates within internal property management software while keeping the Property Manager updated • Assist in scheduling and performing walk-throughs and property drive-bys • Create compelling listings with great detail to ensure the photos and video advertised are marketed to stand out • Review and process rental applications for completeness and accuracy by coordinating background checks and verifications promptly and professionally • Drafting contracts and auditing the file with precise detail to ensure complete signatures are received • Respond timely to general resident inquiries Qualifications: • Real Estate license preferred • Property Management background preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs and Excel • Must be able to type 45 WPM or more • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Not easily stressed under pressure (property management industry is fast-paced- so expectations are high to deliver unparalleled customer support) • Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for field visits Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly
