    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is based in our Ocala office and plays a key role in supporting our property management operations team. In this role, you will assist with tenant application processing, new lease and renewal preparation, and maintenance order coordination, while also handling daily administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys helping both tenants and property owners. Responsibilities: • Process tenant applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Prepare and process new leases and renewal leases. • Coordinate and process maintenance work orders with vendors and tenants. • Answer and direct phone calls, deliver messages, and respond to inquiries promptly. • Schedule appointments and maintain the property management calendar. • Communicate with tenants, property owners, and vendors with professionalism and urgency. • Handle emergency calls during nights and weekends on a rotating basis with other team members. • Provide administrative support to the Property Managers and the Property Management Department. • Full-time position: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (based in our Ocala office). Qualifications: • Previous administrative or property management experience preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn property management software. • Customer-service focused with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • High school diploma or equivalent required. Compensation: $17 hourly
