Overview: We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Property Management Administrator to serve as a primary point of contact for the day-to-day leasing and administrative operations at our corporate office in Suffern, NY. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced property management office.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents related to the assigned properties, handling inquiries, questions, concerns, complaints, and rent collection matters in a professional and timely manner, while working closely with the property management team as needed.
Support day-to-day leasing operations, including preparing leasing documents, collecting required paperwork, and following up on missing or incomplete items.
Organize, maintain, and update resident records and related documentation as needed.
Develop and maintain positive resident relationships through professional communication, prompt follow-up, and a strong understanding of property policies and procedures.
Assist with rent collection efforts and follow up with residents regarding outstanding balances as needed.
Work independently while effectively supporting the overall property management office and team.
Maintain a professional, organized, and responsive approach while working in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
2+ years of property management experience strongly preferred.
Previous customer service experience in an office setting required.
Professional, reliable, and responsive approach to resident interactions.
Willingness and ability to learn property management software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a professional, reliable, and responsive approach to resident interactions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the property management team.
Willingness and ability to learn property management software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
